GCP の VMインスタンスが開始できない時

原因

私の場合は、サービスアカウントが消されてて開始できませんでした。

instance-1 を開始できませんでした: Operation type [start] failed with message "The resource '873275048551-compute@developer.gserviceaccount.com' of type 'serviceAccount' was not found."

対応

VMインスタンスの編集で、サービスアカウントを再設定したら問題なく開始することができました。
